Schedule today for a New Patient visit by Telemedicine

     All locations are now open for telemedicine only. But there is no need to come to an office and wait to be seen.  Telemedicine is fast, convenient and on your schedule for anyone in Texas or Oklahoma.  We utilize telephone, Zoom or FaceTime consultation. For established patients, you may still call our office to request a refill of your prescription or to speak to the doctor. Every service that was for in-person visits is still available via telemedicine.  The Abilene office will still administer Lipotropic injections.  Masks will be required and only one person in the office at a time.

     In order to establish a new patient visit, schedule a time to speak with the doctor by calling the office.  Often there are same day appointments.  You must conplete the Personal History Form found in the "New Patient Info" Section of this website and either fax or email it to us.  Also, you will need to have your laboratory work available for us to review.  We can send orders for that work to be done to the lab of your choice so that we can receive the results.  Please have it done fasting (at least 8 hours before the test) and allow 24 hours for us to receive the results.. We will also accept laboratory work from your primary care provider as long as it is less than one year old and has everything we need.

     If you are taking photos of your history form and lab, the photo must be straight, not blurry, all edges visible and no shadows or excess background.  Please use your flash and take the picture DIRECTLY OVERHEAD, not at an angle. Scans or faxes are preferred. Failure to do these things will cause them to be rejected.

     Lipotropic injections can now be given in the Abilene office. Due to the lack of direct patient contact in our satellite clinics, we will not administer a lipotropic injection to patients, but can mail them to you if you or someone you know can administer the injection. We are also marketing sublingual sprays that perform the same function of the injections at a discounted rate for first-time patients if you do not desire to self-administer the injections.

     We can also do refills for patients that have been seen within the past 2 years, but that will require the completion of a an updated Personal History Form and speaking with the doctor prior to having the refill.  All patients are required to have a scheduled telemedicine or in-person visit with Dr. Alexander at least once per year.

For Appointments, call the preferred office directly.  No appointments can be made by email or text, so call the appropriate office to schedule the appointment or for more information.
